About Lottie – Founder of OFF DUTY
With over 8 years of training experience, I’ve learned that feeling confident comes from moving in ways that resonate with me. When I first started going to the gym in 2015, I had no idea what I was doing. After watching hundreds of YouTube videos, I tried out weight-training and fell in love. Over the years, as I explored new styles and embraced a hybrid approach, I realised just how versatile movement can be. Movement comes in so many styles, and I felt good in each one. However, my gym wardrobe wasn’t keeping up with this variety, and I wanted to create something that embraced it all.
That’s why I started OFF DUTY. Women are incredibly adaptable, and I wanted my brand to reflect that. OFF DUTY is designed to support every woman, no matter what kind of movement or sport that may be. Our collections are curated to make you feel confident, look amazing, and move in ways that feel good—whether you're in the gym or handling the day-to-day.
