We aim to process and dispatch all OFF DUTY orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
UK Shipping
Standard UK Delivery — £3.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Free UK Delivery — Orders over £100
Orders with a value of £100 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only. During launches, restocks and other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally from the United Kingdom.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, parcel size, weight and the available courier services.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available. These are estimates provided by the courier and do not include any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges and any associated handling or clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid at checkout.
Depending on your destination country and the value and contents of your order, your parcel may be subject to additional charges upon arrival. These charges are determined and collected by the relevant customs authority and/or courier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
OFF DUTY does not determine or control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be payable.
By placing an international order with OFF DUTY, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees before your parcel can be delivered.
If you are unsure whether charges may apply, we recommend checking your country's import rules before placing your order.
Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or courier charges and the parcel is subsequently refused, abandoned or returned to OFF DUTY, any costs incurred as a result may be deducted from any amount that may be refundable, where permitted by applicable law.
Original shipping charges, customs charges and return-to-sender fees are not refundable where permitted by law.
Please note that refusing a parcel or failing to pay customs charges does not automatically constitute a valid cancellation or return.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where tracking is available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of OFF DUTY's direct control.
International orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, local courier networks, adverse weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
OFF DUTY cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, additional postage charges may apply if the parcel is eligible to be resent.
